為提升學(xué)生全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，我校將在“學(xué)生海外訪學(xué)計(jì)劃”的框架下開(kāi)展系列國(guó)際交流項(xiàng)目，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生積極參與境外高水平大學(xué)線上線下課程學(xué)習(xí)與科學(xué)研究。我校與比利時(shí)布魯塞爾自由大學(xué)（VUB）締結(jié)校際友好協(xié)議，近年來(lái)我校已有二十余名同學(xué)赴該校參加交換生項(xiàng)目、攻讀碩士、參加CSC博士聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目。我校今年將繼續(xù)選派優(yōu)秀學(xué)生參加該校2025暑期“嵌入式AI或遙感和城市氣候管理強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目”。相關(guān)信息如下：
一、項(xiàng)目背景
2025年是中歐建交50周年，青年學(xué)子通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)、走訪、交流等活動(dòng)加深彼此了解，為中歐共同繁榮奠定了基礎(chǔ)。尤其在科技領(lǐng)域，許多復(fù)雜的難題和挑戰(zhàn)往往需要共同的知識(shí)和技能來(lái)解決。本次培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目精心設(shè)置了兩個(gè)可選的前沿工程主題方向：1. 嵌入式人工智能、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和可重構(gòu)技術(shù)，2. 遙感和城市氣候管理基礎(chǔ)管理，以及相關(guān)的實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)踐，旨在打破學(xué)科壁壘，培養(yǎng)同學(xué)們跨學(xué)科的思維能力和綜合運(yùn)用知識(shí)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力，以適應(yīng)時(shí)代對(duì)復(fù)合型人才的需求，為同學(xué)們未來(lái)在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的深入發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。項(xiàng)目結(jié)束，同學(xué)們可獲得3個(gè)歐洲學(xué)分（ECTS）及官方證書(shū)。
二、項(xiàng)目時(shí)間：2025年7月13日-7月27日（兩周）
三、項(xiàng)目主題
Option 1: Engineering theme - Embedded AI, IoT network security and Reconfigurable Technologies
選項(xiàng)1：工程主題 - 嵌入式人工智能、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和可重構(gòu)技術(shù)
Lectures 課程:
1) Introduction to programme Engineering for Embedded Systems (Theory – Part 1 & Part 2): Introduction to embedded technologies, design and implementation challenges, low power and sensor interface.
2) Sustainable aspects of embedded technology: introduction to sustainable design of embedded devices.
3) Reconfigurable technologies: Introduction to FPGAs and reconfigurable technologies. State of the art and challenges. Common tool flow, vendors and unique features.
4) Safe systems programming: installation and language basics
5) Safe systems programming: advanced syntax, ownership, references
6) Safe systems programming: generic programming
Guided Labs 實(shí)驗(yàn):
1) Guided labs with embedded devices (Engineering for Embedded Systems).
2) Guided labs for high-level FPGA programming. (Part 1 & Part 2)
3) Guided labs for safe systems programming: language basics:
4) Guided labs for safe systems programming: advanced syntax, ownership, references
5) Guided labs for safe systems programming: generic programming
Option 2: Engineering theme - Fundamentals of Remote Sensing and Urban Climate Management (better with some GIS/RS background, so Geography students, but not mandatory)
選項(xiàng)2：工程主題 - 遙感和城市氣候管理基礎(chǔ)管理（最好有一些GIS/RS背景的地理專業(yè)的學(xué)生，但非強(qiáng)制性的）

1) Environmental Monitoring: Applications of Remote Sensing imagery from Global to Local Scales
2) Fundamentals of Remote Sensing and Preprocessing of Satellite Images
3) Data access and interpretation.
4) Scene Interpretation and Accuracy Assessment of Remote Sensing based Products and Maps.
5) Machine learning and Deep Learning based algorithms in Land Use/Land Cover classification
6) Remote sensing and its Application in Urban Climate Management
7) Local Climate Zones classification: Rationale and Practice.
8) Climate Sensitive Planning. An introduction to Urban Multi-scale Environmental Predictor

1) In Land Use/Land Cover classification using satellite images
2) Application of Machine Learning Algorithms in Remote Sensing
3) Urban Heat Island and Land Surface Temperature derivation with Satellite Images
4) Outdoor Thermal Comfort Modelling using Solar and Longwave Environmental Irradiance Geometry model
Group Discussions 小組討論：
1) The use of fused Local Climate Zone classification and Urban Heat Island in Urban Climate Management
2) How to apply remote sensing based techniques in global cities for urban climate management
四、項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用：3450歐元/人 （約當(dāng)于人民幣28000元）
包括：機(jī)場(chǎng)接機(jī)送機(jī)、上課課程及材料、研學(xué)項(xiàng)目證書(shū)（帶有3個(gè)ECTS歐洲學(xué)分）、日程安排上的實(shí)地研學(xué)的門票及公交車票、酒店住宿及早餐、上課期間的校園午餐、在巴黎期間早中晚三餐、住宿、門票、專車大巴及導(dǎo)游費(fèi)用。
不包括：簽證費(fèi)用、保險(xiǎn)、國(guó)際機(jī)票、在比利時(shí)期間的晚餐及其他個(gè)人花銷。
五、報(bào)名條件
1. 我校相關(guān)專業(yè)背景在讀本科生和研究生；
2. 有正確的國(guó)際交流觀念， 身體健康，無(wú)違紀(jì)行為，富有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；
3. 具備熟練的英語(yǔ)交流能力。
六、報(bào)名時(shí)間：2025年5月31日前，名額有限，擇優(yōu)錄取。
七、報(bào)名方式

有意向申報(bào)學(xué)生于5月25日前完成西北大學(xué)外事工作服務(wù)系統(tǒng)在線申請(qǐng)，并跟進(jìn)系統(tǒng)審核進(jìn)度，于5月28日前獲得除國(guó)際部外校內(nèi)單位審核通過(guò)。

（二）【項(xiàng)目方申請(qǐng)】
申請(qǐng)人完成校內(nèi)審批的同時(shí)，需要于2025年5月31日前將填寫(xiě)好的預(yù)報(bào)名表（附件1），目前在讀或者已讀專業(yè)的中英文成績(jī)單，相關(guān)專業(yè)背景證明（如有），連同中國(guó)高等教育學(xué)生信息網(wǎng)（學(xué)信網(wǎng)）申請(qǐng)并下載的“教育部學(xué)籍在線驗(yàn)證報(bào)告（中英文版）”發(fā)送至[email protected]，郵件主題為“報(bào)名參加2025年暑期強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目+主題+姓名”。
通過(guò)VUB的審核后，VUB將會(huì)給申請(qǐng)人郵箱發(fā)送官網(wǎng)正式的報(bào)名鏈接。
申請(qǐng)人通過(guò)官網(wǎng)鏈接進(jìn)行注冊(cè)和繳納項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用。
八、注意事項(xiàng)
1、該項(xiàng)目由外方自行組織、運(yùn)營(yíng)和決定錄取等工作。有意向者在履行校內(nèi)手續(xù)同時(shí)，應(yīng)盡早規(guī)劃，自行向外方報(bào)名。若因個(gè)人原因中途退出，請(qǐng)關(guān)注外方退費(fèi)政策。
2、申請(qǐng)學(xué)生在確定錄取后，應(yīng)及時(shí)履行出國(guó)（境）前相關(guān)行前手續(xù)，具體流程及要求見(jiàn)下圖。
